The total area of the aging workshop is 2000 square meters, with a length of 50 meters and a width of 40 meters.

Totally we have 9 screen aging lines

It can age LED display screens of more than 800 square meters at the same time. On average, each row of steel structures 

can be installed with 100 square meters.

For example, based on 960x960mm LED cabinet, 40 cabinets can be installed in width and 3 cabinets in height.

If a 500x1000mm LED cabinet is used, 70 cabinets can be installed in width and 3 cabinets in height.

And between the two aging lines, we still leave a distance of 2.5m, which is convenient for cabinet assembly and disassembly, 

and there is enough space for forklift transportation

About aging process,Atopled also have a strict rule. The test will be 72 hours with different color, like red, blue, green, white. 

Our QC team will also check the consistency of the mask and the flatness of the whole screen.

In addition, QC team should be come back every 4 hours and record the performance. If there is no any problem, 

then the cabinets can be packed.
